I’m an expert in early stage SAAS, and my experience is deep across sales, marketing, customer success & product. I spent a decade in the early days of streaming media implementing solutions for both entertainment and corporate communications. I then spent over a decade in AdTech building high performance revenue generating organizations for companies like Efficient Frontier who sold to Adobe in 2011 and for The Trade Desk, Inc. which in 2016 had the most successful tech IPO since 2009.  Most Recently I was the CRO and then President of an early stage SAAS platform, AlphaHQ leading revenue growth of over 200% in 2 years. I now focus on acquiring and growing early stage SAAS and related service businesses.

As an Advisor, I help early stage founders and executives working in early stage SAAS companies  who lack the experience in driving their companies through the critical stages of revenue growth. They face very aggressive and  important milestones that will have direct bearing on their ability to raise additional capital.

 

Having worked in individual contributor as well as leadership roles at numerous companies going through these stages, I bring expertise in what to do and as importantly, what not to do, to help them right size capital investments to have the maximum impact on growing young SAAS businesses through each stage.
